I normally don’t post pictures of any of my hauls that I get but my biggest trading partner sent a huge box that I just had to share (and gloat about).

Score….Solid Box, Matt.  Thanks

Then, as most of my friends know that I am a huge Bruery fanboy and when it comes to their beers, I have to have it.  I have amassed a huge collection over the past two years of their beers and drank some of their other killer offerings too.  With that being said, I have a list of their beers that I am still looking for on a daily basis.  This week, I was able to slay number three on that list.

Bruery Einer’s Folly Vanilla Imperial Porter (Holiday Wine Cellar’s 45th Anniversary Ale) ~ American Porter ~ 8.5% ABV

Einer’s Folly was the winner of a homebrew competition held by Holiday Wine in San Diego for their 45th anniversary. We brewed the winning ale for them which is an imperial porter with vanilla beans and bourbon soaked oak cubes. Its a magnificent ale to celebrate such a great event.

ABV:8.5%, IBU: 20, SRM: 60, Release: March 2010, One time only, available at Holiday Wine only

In case you were wondering, the list looks like this now:

(Ill take any variation of this beer)

White Chocolate

It seems like a short list but I have consumed or own every other bottled Bruery beer ever produced.
